The team comprises:

  • Peter Ballam: Peter’s responsibility is to develop the business, liaise with various trade and professional bodies to ensure that our clients are kept advised of changes in legislation etc and to co-ordinate the activities of the team to ensure quality customer care.
  • Bob Barson: Bob’s responsibility is to organise Major Works Projects, draw up Planned Maintenance Programmes to assist in long term budgeting, ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Fire Regulations etc. In addition Bob provides technical support to Sheena and Penny with maintenance issues.
  • Penny Pain: Penny deals with the day to day management and maintenance of a designated portfolio, building a good relationship with all residents. Penny also manages a number of let properties on behalf of our clients. Penny is supported by Sue Jones.
  • Sue Jones: Sue’s main responsibilities are to be the first point of contact with callers and to administer credit control, ensuring that Service Charges, Ground Rents etc. are collected with a minimum of delay so ensuring that funds are available to meet the running costs at the developments we manage.
  • Sheena Habgood: Like Penny, Sheena deals with the day to day management and maintenance of a designated portfolio of developments, building a good relationship with all residents. Sheena also administers insurance claims made by residents or on behalf of clients. Sheena is supported by Claire Homer.
  • Claire Homer: Claire’s main responsibilities are to be the first point of contact with callers and to administer credit control, ensuring that Service Charges, Ground Rents etc. are collected with a minimum of delay so ensuring that funds are available to meet the running costs at the developments we manage. Claire also processes solicitors enquiries received in respect of prospective sales.
  • Fran Houghton: Fran’s main responsibility is to provide accounting support for a portfolio of developments, ensuring that contractors and suppliers are paid promptly and to prepare financial reports for clients, accountants etc.
  • Amy Sanderson: Amy is the teams “eyes and ears” on the ground, undertaking the regular inspection of the developments, checking on standards of cleaning, gardening etc., noting for action any minor repairs, reading electricity meters etc. In addition Amy also provides support for Fran ensuring that contractors and suppliers are paid promptly and to prepare financial reports for clients, accountants etc.
